ClearTrail Language Academy operates on a foundation of mutual transparency. These terms-of-service govern your interaction with our digital platform and physical campus in Istanbul.

Section 01 // Usage

Admission
Prerequisites.

Accessing our programs requires adherence to strict eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to modify access based on academic standing or breach of conduct.

01. Intellectual Property

All curricula, proprietary teaching methods, and digital assets found on cleartrailway.site are the exclusive property of ClearTrail Language Academy. Reproduction or distribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited under Turkish and International Copyright laws.

02. Accountability Standards

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any student portal accounts. Any activity initiated from your account is your legal responsibility. Instances of academic dishonesty or digital harassment result in immediate termination of services.

03. Admission Accuracy

By applying through our site, you certify that all information provided is accurate and verifiable. False documentation in the admissions process leads to disqualification from the academy with no refund eligibility.

Tuition Adjustments

Tuition fees are subject to annual review. Enrollment at a specific rate is guaranteed for the duration of the current term, but subsequent levels may be subject to updated pricing structures.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days prior to course commencement are eligible for an 80% reimbursement.

Late Payment Fees

Accounts in arrears for more than 7 working days incur a 2% administrative fee. Continued non-payment results in suspension of portal access and physical classroom privileges.

Section 03 // Conduct

The Academy Code.

Our digital platform is an extension of the ClearTrail campus. By utilizing our services, you agree to uphold a standard of behavior that respects the pedagogical environment and the diversity of our global student body.

Academic Integrity

Users of the Academy portal must submit work that is entirely their own. The use of generative AI for language certification exams or formal assessments is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Faculty.

Technical Limitations

ClearTrail provides digital course materials "as is." While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access during server maintenance or systemic failures beyond our control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled in the specialized courts of İstanbul (Beyoğlu District).

Amendments
